DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE

Little Falls Health Services has an opening for a Director of Maintenance. The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry and IT departments to ensure that the highest standard of safety, sanitation and repair of the facility and grounds is maintained at all times.

This person will be responsible for establishing staffing schedules for maintenance, housekeeping, laundry & IT and the hiring & supervising of these departments as well. This person will also be responsible for ordering supplies and coding bills within the budget.

The qualified applicant must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience. Supervisory experience in a healthcare related position is preferred. Training in building maintenance or building codes is preferred, but the applicant must be licensed to operate a boiler or are working towards achieving that licensure and must have a valid drivers license.
