Job Description: The Home Health Supervisor is responsible for day to day operations, planning, supervision and oversight of operational improvement toward the the overall quality and patient care for the assigned office under the direction of the Home Health Director. The Supervisor will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate home care services for patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct supervision of staff for the assigned location which may include hiring, performance management, training, work assignments and scheduling. He/she assumes responsibility for the delivery of care that is in compliance with JCAHO and other applicable Federal, State, Professional, Regulatory and/or accrediting agency standards under the direction of the Home Health Director.

Minimum of two years clinical experience as an RN, and prior supervisory experience

Licensure/CertificationQualifications:
Licensed RN in state(s) in which nursing practice is performed

Current CPR (BLS) certification or must obtain certification within 3 months of hire and maintain thereafter

Holds current valid drivers license and proof of motor vehicle insurance

Shift Rotation: Day Rotation (United States of America)

Shift Start Time: 8:00AM

Shift End Time: 4:30PM

Weekends: Available to staff when they are working

Holidays: No
