Marketing & Communications Director - Fargo

The Marketing Director is responsible for the organizations marketing plans, strategies and activities and oversees the development and execution of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the company and its affiliated offices. This individual is also responsible for the all aspects of brand management, public relations and internal and external communications.

This position will meet the following minimum requirements:

• Ability to develop and manage budgets and ROI.

• Advanced skills with MS-Office Tools including Word, Xcel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Experience working with content & creative teams including design, production, and copywriting.

• Proficient in digital, content and collateral marketing

• Minimum 10 years’ experience.

• Franchise or multi-site experience preferred.

• High competency in project and stakeholder management.

• Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task.

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in video content production, including directing and shooting

Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools including InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Final Cut Pro X, After Effects, Photography and website management.

• Videography: Tasked with the shooting and editing of audio & video content, such as promotional material, event production, testimonials, and more. Candidate must have a creative and production background, focused primarily on studio & shoot production expertise, as well as the ability to mold well with different personalities and experience dealing with all levels of talent.
