We are currently seeking a Lead Batchman for our Billings, MT location.

POSITION SCOPE
The Lead Batchman will report to the site manager and will be responsible for dispatching, batching, scheduling and supervising drivers, and completing batch operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Customer service
• Batchplant maintenance
• Scheduling orders
• Dispatching drivers
• Follows QAQC procedures
• Other duties as assigned

BACKGROUND

• 5+ years of experience in similar position preferred
• Knowledge of concrete preferred
• CDL preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Applicant must be at least 18 years old
