Longtime full service, independent insurance agency is seeking an outgoing, sales oriented
professional to join our progressive business environment team in Dickinson and Southwest
ND.
Since 1976, our team has specialized in farm, crop, commercial and contract bond
insurances in addition to claim support for thousands of farmers, business owners and
individuals.
Dynamic and motivated individuals who thrive in an independent environment are presented
an opportunity to build sales of new and existing accounts and retain their assigned book of
business.
Mentorship, resources and development access will be given to ensure your success.
The Job
Hunt for new business opportunities through networking, prospect calling, face-to-face meetings, presentations and association events
Ensure your sales pipeline stays full and is effectively managed
Drive sales results - increase revenue to the agency and build your book of business
Collaborate with your team to ensure clients receive consistent service
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our service
The Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or minimum of three years experience in insurance agency sales position
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Ability to lead a sales team.
Property and Casualty License (must be able to obtain)@10@
