The Detail Manager is an important support person for all service and sales operations!
Car Detailers are responsible for making an vehicle look neat and clean both inside and out. Using a variety of cleaning equipment and products, these professionals have an eye for cleanliness and inspection. As a Detail Manager, you play a critical role in the new vehicle delivery process, by making sure every vehicle is delivered clean and in top condition.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Assist in the pre-delivery service
- Support the service and sales department operations with clean and finely detailed vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service when necessary
- And much more to discuss in person
Qualification Requirements:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; must be legally and technically able to safely operate Company and customer-owned vehicles. This is a Full-Time position.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and managerial skills
- Proven employee coaching and development skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Compensation:
- $10-$20 per hour based on qualifications
