Lodge Coordinator

Prairie Harvest Mental Health is accepting applications in the Lodge Program for a full-time, benefited Lodge Coordinator.

The Lodge Coordinator provides a structured and safe setting for clients (lodge members) who have a serious mental illness referred to our homes and lodge work contract(s). This position is concerned with the supervision of the lodge work contract(s) and lodge staff. The position would also include oversight of the daily operation of the two lodge homes. Each home accommodates six lodge members living together in the home providing peer support to each other in a family like setting.

Duties include the following:
· Collaborates with Prairie Harvest Mental Health Job Developer for employment opportunities or work contract(s).
· Oversees work contract(s) operations.
· Provides job training as needed.
· Provides or arranges work transportation.
· Coordinates referrals to the lodge program
· Develops and implements lodge member's individual recovery plans.
· Maintains lodge members files.
· Completes monthly lodge reports.
· Develops, updates and maintains lodge manual.
· Communicates in a timely manner with appropriate supervisory or support personnel about problems or concerns regarding clients in the program.
· Assists lodge members in filling out paperwork for medical assistance and housing certification and recertification.
· Responsible for emergency contact for lodge members.
· Oversees lodge members compliance with lodge rules and programming.
· Participates and attends staff meetings as necessary.

Requires 4-year college degree in the human service field or five (5) years experience in a related field of mental health (Psychology, Social Work, Criminology, etc.).
