Accounting Manager

Red Lake Gaming Enterprises Inc. Warroad   is accepting applications for a full time Accounting Manager @ Seven Clans Casino Warroad, Minnesota.

Works with the CFO and General Manager to identify areas of success and opportunities for   improvement within the company.

• Prepare financial statements, board reports, and daily revenue reports for internal use, corporate review, and Board of Director meetings to assess and review the financial position of the company.
• Complete monthly journal entries for the casino, restaurant , snack bar, gift shop and two hotels using accounting, gaming and inventory software to build an accurate picture the monthly financial.
• Assists department with annual budget review and preparation.
• Reconcile general ledger account balances confirming accuracy
• Ensures compliance with NIGC, MICS, GAAP and all company policies to report accurately, maintain conformity, and minimize audit findings.
• Meet with department Managers as necessary to assist them with operational analysis.
• Manage multiple departments including; Accounting, Accounts Payable, Revenue Audit, and Inventory Control ensuring information generated by these departments is of highest quality.
• Direct, train, guide, motivate and mentor staff for individual, team, departmental and company success.

Experience: Accounting 5 years, Education: Bachelors
