Data Coordinator

Kelly Services is now seeking detail oriented individuals to fill a Data Coordinator position with a market leading company in Fargo, ND! The ideal candidates for this great opportunity will be mathematically inclined, Excel savvy and accurate with data computation while working in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Full-time hours and flexibility of meeting 40 hours per week by working 4x10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday or 4x9 hour shifts Monday-Thursday and 4 hours on Friday. Pay range of $16/HR+ DOE.  This is a temporary position.  

Position Responsibilities:

-Data manipulation via calculations that include unit measurements and/or conversions

-Perform scrap analysis via calculations and report results daily

-Assist Cost Analyst in quote calculation

-Working in unison with the Accounting and Engineering departments

Candidate Qualifications:  

-High level of expertise in Excel, other Microsoft products and working knowledge of Outlook

-Ability to pass Excel testing with 80% or higher

-High regard for confidentiality

-Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

-High School Diploma – Bachelors or Associates Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or equivalent preferred
