Front Desk / Van Driver

Join our growing company!  Seeking a motivated self-starter to direct and support all Front Desk operations. This position will also assist in providing transportation for our guests.  Prior experience preferred.

*Van Drivers must be at least 21, have a valid driver's license with good driving record and pass a drug test.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, responding to guest requests and safeguarding company assets.
• Analyze available data to determine the flow of incoming railroad guests, make adjustments in housekeeping labor schedule when necessary.
• Sell rooms not needed by the railroad to public commercial guests.
• Handling reservations and inquiries over the telephone and in-person.
• Transport guests in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner while using safe driving practices.
