Housekeeper

The right candidate will perform the following duties: clean and sanitize apartment bathrooms. Clean, mop, wash, buff and vacuum floors. Empty trash. Maintain outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways. Clean and polish fixtures. Remove recycling materials. Track and order supplies. Clean windows. Dust furniture. Perform custodial work in offices, laundry rooms, industrial areas and other building interiors. Typical tasks performed include a combination of the following: Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, waxing and polishing floors using standard issue equipment. Sometimes using ladders; dust and wash walls, clean ceilings and dust and polish light fixtures and blinds. Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas. May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions. Maintain individual employee rooms in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls. Promptly report potential hazards or discrepancies to supervisor.

Qualifications & Skill Sets
*High School Diploma or G.E.D.
*Minimum of 1 year experience in any of the janitorial, sanitation or housekeeping professions is preferred.
*Valid Driver's License.
*Dependable, energetic and motivated
