Electrician

Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative is seeking a full time, year round Electrician to perform electrical maintenance and construction and assist in performing instrumentation, industrial computer, and mechanical work as directed. This position reports directly to the Electrician Supervisor.

Essential Job Duties

• Knowledge and skills to perform electrical maintenance on electrical switch gear, breakers, motors, variable frequency drives, controllers, etc.
• Use knowledge and skills to preform new construction work for maintenance and capital improvements
• Use maintenance software to generate and complete service calls, procurement of materials and services, and extract data for trouble shooting, record keeping and reporting

Qualifications

• 2-year electrical, or technical field associated with the principal objective of this job from an approved trade or technical school
• Journeyman License preferred
• Should be motivated, willing, enthusiastic, and promotable.
• Ability to communicate and work cohesively with others.

Starting pay: $22.77 - $36.53 per hour based on education and experience.
