Job Details

The Business Administrator is responsible for all invoice creation, payment collection processing and training records management for Cirrus Aircraft flight training center in Knoxville Tennessee. The Business Administrator reports to the Manager of Flight Training Technical Services and serves an important role to create a world class flight training experience for Cirrus customers. The Business Administrator is responsible for all internal and external billing and training records management for SR2X and SF50 flight training and operations services. Additionally, the Business Administrator is responsible to ensure a timely completion of all processing and produce important business-related metrics used to measure the effectiveness of Cirrus Aircraft's flight training business. The Business Administrator must can work in a cross-function team and have experience leveraging ERP systems, CRM systems and point of sale tools. The Business Administrator will interface with customers for the collections of payment and must have a customer-focused approach. Attention to detail and a process oriented mindset are requirements for this position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

Embrace the Cirrus Service Essentials to provide a world-class experience with each customer touch point whether internal or external customers.

Create, present and process invoices in accordance with Cirrus Aircraft billing policies and procedures using the CRM, point of sale and ERP systems.

Store data and generate metrics and reports that illustrate the current and future state of Cirrus Aircraft's flight training business.

Process, review and audit all flight training records generated from Cirrus Aircraft flight training services to ensure the completeness of records and compliance with Cirrus Aircraft's document retention policies.

Store flight training data and generate key metrics to illustrate the status and performance of Cirrus Aircraft flight training courseware and instructors.

Monitor and control internal department billing process to ensure the proper allocation of services provided to the various departments at Cirrus Aircraft.

Education and/or Experience:

4-year Bachelor Degree with focus on Business is preferred

1-year experience with similar Job Duties and Responsibilities is Required if the applicant does not have a 4-year business focused Bachelor Degree.

Demonstrated Proficiencies/Skills/Abilities:

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read, write and speak the English language.

Demonstrated customer service experience required.

Demonstrated experience with ERP, CRM and point of sales software is required.

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Suite including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
