We are seeking an organized and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Software Developer/Web Developer. This position provides analysis, design, implementation, and support of assigned business systems in an efficient and economical manner throughout the company. The Software Developer defines and incorporates system security and control procedures, prepares documentation, and trains users on assigned applications. They also perform subsequent maintenance and enhancements as necessary.

The principal accountabilities of this position include:
  • Designs, implements and supports internal and external facing applications consistent with user needs.
  • Defines and incorporates system security and control procedures to protect data entrusted to assigned systems.
  • Performs required maintenance and installs enhancements to ensure effective operation of systems.
  • Completes assigned projects within established timeframes and budget.


Minimum Requirements

Knowledge & Experience:
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or relevant experience in software development.
  • 3+ Years understanding of C#, JavaScript, SQL, HTML5, CSS, ASP.NET, PHP
  • 1+ Years dependable fundamentals in object oriented design, database design, algorithms & data structures and parallel programming.
  • 1+ Years experience using Agile methodologies
  • Robust communication skills required. You have the ability explain complex technical concepts and designs to internal customers. You have excellent customer service skills and provide end user support.
