Overview

The Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for leading the team that is accountable for the company's core business systems and supplementary solutions. This position requires a strong leader who can partner effectively across internal business areas and with external partners to understand business requirements and challenges and finds value added solutions to meet business needs. Expertise in business processes and proven technical expertise in the applications space is a must, together with always maintaining focus on delivering exceptional user and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Be the key liaison and strategic partner for all Enterprise Applications
  • Provide effective leadership and management of the Enterprise Applications Team
  • Establish an Enterprise Application Strategy and Roadmap to be reviewed with Director of IT annually and maintained and updated as business needs require
  • Solicit end-user feedback to ensure quality and continuous improvement in implemented solutions
  • Prioritize issues from business units and communicate on time lines and readiness
  • Frequently evaluate and analyze existing applications for effectiveness and efficiency
  • Utilize cloud computer applications to deliver next-gen capabilities
  • Responsible for roll-out of systems such as Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM
  • Maintain, upgrade, and enhance systems to maximize uptime and utilize latest tools
  • Monitor critical systems and processes to stay ahead of issues
  • Work closely with partners during configuration, development, and testing phases
  • Lead internal testing efforts and user acceptance testing as needed
  • Provide application guidance and technology solutions to our data analyst teams as needed
  • Manage technical aspects of applications while partnering with our IT teams for infrastructure support
  • Cultivates and communicates policies and procedures to ensure quality and best practices
  • Present a positive and professional image of Titan Machinery in the presence of customers and community
  • Manage security and segregation duties across systems
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required:
  • 5+ years' related work and/or military experience, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' work experience in the application space
  • Experience with management systems or related business system applications
  • Experience with business process analysis and design approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate team of employees to achieve results
  • Ability to communicate effectively to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Must be self-motivated and take ownership of tasks assigned
  • Positive can-do attitude, with an openness to change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time and work flexible hours
  • Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
  • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently

Physical Requirements

Medium Work - Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 5 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
