Job Description
Provide resident care as directed on care plans, provide assistance with meals to assure that nutrition and hydration needs are being met, maintain a neat, orderly and safe environment. Assist residents with ambulation, range of motion as well as grooming/hygiene needs. Receive and report information regarding residents to appropriate staff in compliance with HIPPA standards.

FHS is also looking for a FT, NAR Restorative Aide. The restorative aide completes typical NAR tasks but focuses on ambulation and range of motion with residents. This is a Monday - Friday, day role.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS of the job include: Frequent bending and stooping, standing for prolonged periods of time. Lifting up to 30 pounds, assisting with two-person transfers of residents (may assist with a lift of up to 60 pounds).

MENTAL DEMANDS of the job include: Working in an environment with residents who exhibit a wide range of emotions and needs, ability to operate within time constraints, and the ability to change work assignments with short notice.

Qualifications
Candidates must be on the Minnesota Registry.
