NAR
Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) is a direct care position. This applicant must have great communication skills and able to work with people. Wage increase for experience. Benefits such as FREE health insurance employee must work 30 hours per week Employer will also contribute 150/month into a Health Savings Account, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401a and much more offered for those who qualify.
Qualifications
$2.00 more per hour for any shift Monday-Friday
$5.00 more per hour for any weekend shift Saturday/Sunday
Increase for experience. NAR training is provided and paid for those that are not registered. Benefits offered included: 100% Employer Paid Health Insurance with a 3000 deductible for single employee and employer contribute 150/month into a Health Savings Account, for those who work 30 hours a week. BVHC also offers a pick up bonus for NARs those who pick up Monday-Friday get 2.00 more per hour, Saturday-Sunday 5.00 more per hour. There is also a pick up bonus for LPN/RN staff. Qualifications
- NAR - verification of inclusion of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry must be obtained, or employee must be willing to attain certification. Browns Valley Health Center offers training for employees who are not currently listed on the registry.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be compassionate toward the elderly, infirmed or handicapped and work with tact and ethical awareness.
- Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must possess the ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently to accomplish workload within scheduled shift.
