NAR
Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) is a direct care position. This applicant must have great communication skills, a passion for helping others and a desire to work as a team. Wage increase given for experience.

Qualifications
•NAR - verification of inclusion of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry, or ability to obtain certification under the Four Month Rule. We offer training and paid education!
•Must be at least 16 years of age.
•Must be compassionate toward the elderly, infirmed or handicapped and work with tact and ethical awareness.
•Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.
•Must possess the ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently to accomplish workload within scheduled shift.

The primary purpose of the Certified Nursing Assistant position is to carry out direct resident care in accordance with our established policies and procedures and as may be directed by your supervisors to ensure that the highest standard of nursing services is maintained at all times.
