Job Details

The Loan Administration Specialist is responsible for performance of routine administrative duties related to the processing and servicing of loans.  These tasks include necessary processes to maintain accurate system records, payment postings, legal documents and customer communication.  This position must always stay aware of and adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure alignment with bank, state and federal guidelines and regulations. 

Duties and responsibilities for this position include: 

 

  • Uploading new loans and completing file maintenance on core system
  • Processing Participation Payments
  • Managing the business banking escrow process for all locations
  • Managing the paid notes including releasing collateral
  • Providing customer service to coworkers and customers
  • Managing the administration of ticklers within tracking system
  • Process loan payoffs for all areas
  • Managing the participation bank communication process based on monthly reports

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma with a minimum of one year of related experience.

 

This is a full time position with benefits.
