Job Duties:

Rubber molding
Bonding
Make sure you have the right materials/tools/press settings when making the part
Able to understand process of making the part (know measurements for weighing material.)
Inspect the parts per directions on work instructions
Able to trim parts if requested to trim al press
Accurate count have to be boxed at the press.

Job Type:

$13.00 per hour starting pay
Pay increase to $13.25 + .50 cent shift differential when brought on as employee plus a review at 90-days as employee with another pay increase.
