Edgewood in Hermantown, MN is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse manager!
Memory Care experience preferred.
We are looking for someone that is flexible with their approach, trustworthy in their manner and comfortable working both within multi-disciplinary teams and independently as needed. This position requires time management skills and someone who can see the big picture while maintaining high standards for the details. The successful candidate will be able to encourage and empower our care staff while also maintaining a level of coordination and discipline among those staff.
The main roles/responsibilities of the community's RN may include: by application of the Nursing Process including diagnosis and treatment of responses to actual or potential health issues, the RN will establish and maintain appropriate resident care; responsible for the nursing process including assessment, analysis, planning, intervention and evaluation of resident care according to the Nurse Practice Act, Edgewood policy and accepted company standards of practice.

Edgewood has 60 locations across a seven-state area. Edgewood - Hermantown is our largest community, with dedicated buildings for memory care, assisted living and independent living. The ideal candidate will understand that this is home for our residents and we strive to maintain that "home-like" setting while also providing outstanding support, assistance and being a positive presence for Edgewood in the community. We have four kitchens on our 3 building campus and discounted meals are available to employees.

Minimum Requirements
- Current state RN licensure
- Associate degree minimum
- Work experience that demonstrates increased level of supervisory responsibility and 3 or more years of increased responsibility in the healthcare field
- Geriatrics and/or Assisted Living work experience preferred
- Memory Care experience preferred
