Health Services Coordinator

The Health Services Coordinator provides consultation and assistance to Concordia students who need to access medical care in the Fargo-Moorhead community. Responsibilities also include targeted wellness programming that supports students in their personal development, self-advocacy and overall well-being. The Health Services Coordinator collaborates with other campus partners to promote and support the holistic health and wellness of students.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, health education, nursing, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
2. Passion for promoting holistic health and wellness and desire to inspire health-promoting behaviors in students.
3. Work experience in an area related to health promotion and education, preferably in higher education.
4. Ability to build relationships and establish collaborative partnerships across the institution.
5. Demonstrated ability to work discreetly with sensitive information.
6. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
7. Commitment to diversity and inclusion and ability to competently interact with a culturally and ethnically diverse population of students, faculty and staff.
8. CPR, First Aid and AED certification (or willingness to become certified).
9. Knowledge of current and emerging college health issues.
