A Direct Support Professional (DSP) is someone with a positive attitude and is compassionate, caring, a good listener, responsible, trustworthy.
As a DSP, you would be responsible for supporting people in the attainment of their personal outcomes and desires. You would work to establish a positive and respectful relationship with each person served and assist and/or support them in their day-to-day routines within their home and community. 

Certified Nursing Assistant’s (CNA’s), Personal Care Assistants (PCA’s), Home Health Aid’s (HHA’s), and caregivers make fantastic DSP’s. Awake night staff must remain awake for the duration of the shift

Scheduling:
Schedules for awake night DSP's vary based on location. They involve working between the hours of 8pm and 10am.

Salary: 
$13.00/hr plus training incentives.
$1 differential between the hours of 10:00pm and 6:00am.

Requirements:
Current and valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance.
Successful completion of high school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year Experience Required
Must pass pre-screening requirements, background check & driving record check
