Located in Fargo, ND and/or Madison, WI, the Sales and Service Manager will be responsible for leading and directing retail operations; ensuring quality customer service, employee growth and development, achievement of assigned metrics and goals, sales and financial direction of multiple branches in a defined geographic area. Addresses and resolves complex customer service issues and employee disputes. This position will build new and maintain existing customer relationships, resulting in outcomes that define a great customer experience. Accountable for delivering clarity to customers through simplicity, guidance and know-how through needs assessment and sales. As a working manager, the Sales and Service Manager must know the features and benefits of the Bank's products and services to present them effectively to maintain profitable customer relationships while satisfying and exceeding customer financial needs and expectations. At times, the Sales and Service Manager will be responsible for processing regular transactions, such as receiving and payout of money, and keeping records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions in an efficient, friendly and accurate manner.
Successful candidates will have eight to 10 years of experience in retail banking, including management and sales coaching. Prefer experience with developing and implementing digital banking strategies. A bachelor's degree in business or a similar or related field of study is required.
