JOB SUMMARY

Create and maintain guests trust in Sanford as being an industry leader in service and technology, while utilizing communication, training and problem-solving skills to meet the need of our guests. Approach guests with knowledge, empathy, tech-savviness and happiness that provides an experience second to none. Duties to include: consistent interaction with our guests (team members, patients, families and other guests of Sanford) to provide demos and training on existing and new products, troubleshooting on company owned and personal devices, helping guests get ahead with best practices and productivity tips and replacing devices/accessories. Provide a level of service where guests feel like they left with more than they came for and look forward to coming back. Must have a passion for providing strong customer service that goes above and beyond expectations of their audience. Ability to communicate across all generations, functions, settings, regions, and levels within the organization to meet the needs of guests and employees.Must possess a strong knack for problem solving, excellent listening, verbal (non-techy) and visual communication skills. Must be knowledgeable of and proficient in the latest mobile and end-user computing technologies and have the ability to train and educate guests gracefully. Ability to build lasting relationships by getting to know guests, their situations, needs, work styles, challenges and satisfiers is imperative, along with the ability to diffuse stressful situations and turn potential disasters into loyalty building experiences. Must have an aptitude for acquiring new skills & take personal ownership in resolving guests needs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers written and oral communication, responds to questions and concerns, and produces specific outcomes and impact. Develops a clear, complete understanding of needs and problems through careful listening, probing, reflecting, and summarizing. Anticipates customer needs, focusing efforts to proactively meet needs and exceed customer expectations. Ensures that individual and team actions build the organization's reputation for excellent business practices. Maintains a sense of urgency and a positive attitude. Establishes and maintains productive working relationships within and outside of own area. Participates in activities that improve own skills and capabilities. Uses fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools to identify problems. Seeks clarification and common understanding by giving and receiving feedback, asking questions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required. Proven experience providing customer service or interactng with diverse populatons of people. Bilingual
capability and clinical background are preferred but not required.
