Director of Finance and Administration

Red River Valley Cooperative Power Association, a rural electric cooperative headquartered in Halstad, Minnesota, is seeking a Director of Finance and Administration. RRVCPA provides electricity to 4,500 member-accounts in Clay, Norman and Polk counties of northwest Minnesota.

This position is responsible for the financial activities, general accounting and benefits administration of the cooperative.

RRVCPA is looking for an experienced individual who is self-motivated, organized and analytical. The successful candidate must demonstrate sound judgment, effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail and have strong computer skills. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

A four-year accounting, finance or business administration degree is required. Work experience within the utility industry is preferred.
