Job Information

This is a leadership position responsible for standardizing the sense of urgency across cross-functional teams and holding those teams accountable to agile, timely, collaborative, prioritized and high quality levels of execution.

Additionally this person will be responsible for identifying, obtaining commitment and mobilizing both monetary and physical resources while providing/communicating progress and gap analysis across and to all functional areas involved in digital business.

Role & Responsibility

Activation Management
  • Schedule and maintain cross-functional meeting schedules and strategic objective reviews.
  • Track, compile and present/communicate strategic objective and project updates.
  • Resource plan for Digital Business AOP/LRP.
  • Fasciliate the formation of cross-functional teams, technology platform teams with vendors, etc.
  • Fascilitate Global Connected Machine Council

Technology Activation
  • Identify and implement platforms and solutions that activate our digital business solutions.
  • Partner with digital business manager to execute the launch & release
  • Partner with IT to architect digital business systems.
  • Partner with Engineering to architect digital enablers into the machine


Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
  • Experience Required: 10>15 years
  • Travel Rquired: 10-24%
  • Ability to cultivate productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
  • Demonstrate business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively persuade/influence
  • Experience in vendor/relationship/project management
  • Ability to create an environment of collaboration, leveraging cross-functional skill sets while constantly improving processes.
  • Change Agent
  • Drive strategic digital initiatives digital
  • Preferred:
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT, business systems or platform development
  • 7-10 years of commercial experience (marketing, sales, etc.)
  • 7-10 years of of industry experience in data science; data analytics, applied research, data mining and/or machine learning.
  • 7-10 years in manufacturing or BtoB business.

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
