Job Summary:

  • The Jet Sales Administrator will support our Sales team in a fast-paced environment as we continue to introduce the world's first single-engine Personal Jet to new owners and operators around the world. This person will work to design, implement and execute administrative processes to support our growing enterprise. In addition, this person will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including acting as a liaison between production, service, accounting, ownership, marketing, legal and sales teams.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Liaison between production, service, accounting, ownership, marketing, legal and sales.



· Production collaboration for the customer configuration requirements, ensure aircraft is built to the specifications on the aircraft order.

· Claim wire transfers from accounts receivable and track and report on all SF deposits



· Work with legal team to create and edit contracts, lease agreements, and Jet transfer terms and conditions.

· Assemble and submit MEL submissions for each customer. Track and coordinate progress with FSDOs throughout the USA.

· Procure component serial numbers for contracts, RVSM submissions, international registry and bank documents.

· Coordinate all logistics associated with onboarding and dispositioning pre-flown company aircraft.


  • Create and maintain an executive ready Jet Sales SalesForce dashboard.
  • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by; selecting appropriate information; Forwarding information; answering questions. Fields incoming requests as needed.
  • Work with service centers to assist with maintenance requests for company owned aircraft.
  • Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
  • Prepare sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
  • Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses.
  • Assist with scheduling demos and meetings.
  • Problem resolution; empowerment to address needs of the customer.
  • Develop SalesForce processes for sales and admin
  • Maintain close communication with Jet Ownership Advisors.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure demonstration airplanes are configured as needed. Also assist in communicating marketing promotions and empower sales team to utilize the tools provided.
  • Conduct tours.
  • Responsible for generating production-line photos for jet customers.
  • Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
  • Further develop processes, procedures, and technology for Jet, create online tools using SalesForce, Conga, VPO, etc.


Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree; or 3 - 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage own files/customers. Attention to detail and prioritizing skills required. Excellent customer service skills.
