Full Time Accountant

Browns Valley Health Center is currently seeking a Full Time Accountant.
The successful applicant will have high ethical standards and sound technical skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Healthcare billing and claim management
• Process payroll
• Prepare financial statements and statistical reports
• Preparing billing statements
• Processing accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain accurate depreciation schedule for fixed assets

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 2 year degree in Accounting or 4 years related work experience
• Must be self-directed, yet work well as a team
• Possess a positive and caring attitude toward residents, co-workers, and visitors
• Demonstrates integrity, good judgment, and good communication skills
• Successful candidate must pass past-employer reference checks and criminal history check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous healthcare billing and claim management preferred
