Executive Director for Non-Profit DT&H

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee all operations, functions and activities within our company located in Alexandria, MN.  The ideal candidate must present strong leadership skills, excellent supervisory skills and demonstrate professional success in the management of DD services.  Candidates must have an extensive understanding and working knowledge of various service levels, general knowledge and understanding of community programs and resources and a thorough comprehension of of 245D licensing requirements.

Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in the human services, administration or related field and a minimum of 3 years experience in the developmental disabilities field.  A Master's Degree is preferred.  A background in business education is also desired but not required.
