Innovative Systems provides fundraising software products for Universities and NonProfits.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist/Technical Writer to join the fundraising software team.

Duties include:

Handling helpdesk queries via email, phone, live chat and live streaming
Training clients in person and online
Designing, writing, and managing training documentation and videos

Applicant requirements:

Experience working with customers in a support role
Evidence of ability to write concise and clear documents
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working with complex software
Detail oriented, organized, and a self-starter
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
