The User Provisioning Specialist position provisions user access by creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts and application access. This position configures and deploys hardware, including PCs, laptops, thin clients, printers, and phones. This position answers, troubleshoots, and logs incoming calls to the IT Department regarding both hardware and software from both internal and external customers. The User Provisioning Specialist ensures the continued integrity of the Bank's information resources and assists in strengthening technical measures to protect bank resources and business electronic information. This position follows IT policies and procedures covering protocols, applications, networks, client, and server systems and shares backup responsibilities for the other team members on the EIS team.
A two-year degree in Computer Science/Information Systems is required. Course work in computer networking, and business-related courses, or equivalent knowledge and skills, are desired. Candidates must have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft client-based products, Trend Micro antivirus, and Windows Deployment Services. Successful candidates will have an intermediate knowledge of Active Directory, file and print servers, strong hardware background working with PCs, printers, and peripherals, and a solid understanding of networking, Citrix and vmWare.
Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs is required. Bell Bank provides an excellent benefits package.
