Responsibilities :
The role of the Principal is to supervise the overall operation of the school, giving direction and supervision to the educational program, implementing the policies of the school board, and carrying out the directives of the Superintendent of Schools.
Qualifications :
Applicants must be licensed in Minnesota as a secondary school administrator [K-12 Principal license is preferred]. Applicants must provide evidence of an excellent record of past professional performance applicable to performing the duties of the position, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Successful candidates must also demonstrate excellent human relations skills in a variety of professional settings, including conflict resolution with youth and adults, small and large group facilitation skills, and demonstrated leadership capability.
Position Available :
This position begins no later than August 2018.
Compensation :
This is a 230 duty day position. Salary of $122,987 and a competitive fringe benefit package.
