Branch President

First National Bank is looking to add a Branch President in our Slayton, MN location. The First National Bank team is passionate about serving our customers and the communities where we live and work. In this position you'll build and maintain relationships with both our customers and community alike, engaging them to understand their financial needs and providing thoughtful solutions that make a difference and enhance their banking experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts and effectively develops banking relationships with new and existing customers while working to market new and existing products according to the Bank's strategic plan.
- Participate in community activities and events.
- Soliciting, developing, and services a wide variety of loans, deposits and lines of credit.
- Responsible for building a talented banking staff capable of generating outstanding results in attracting, developing and retaining customer relationships.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of Ag/Commercial credit and management experience
- Four-year college degree in business, finance or related area
- Strong analytical & decision-making skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop new business relationships.
