Computer User Support Specialist

Position Description
Provides technical assistance to computer users within the company. Answers questions or resolves computer problems for employees on-site, by telephone or electronically as may be required. Provides support concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, document & data processing, electronic data storage and network security systems, electronic mail and telephone operating systems.

Position Requirements
Requirements include IT post-secondary education & diploma, or current, relevant proven on-the-job experience in IT support within a business environment. Successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, work well in a Team environment & be dependable and adaptable. Must be detail oriented, and possess technical aptitude, along with good analytical and problem solving skills. Accuracy in following instructions and performing and checking work tasks.
