JOB SUMMARY

Support senior level staff within the department in developing organizational effectiveness programs, activities and plans. Support the design or organizational effectiveness tools, methodologies, and tools. Develop and support organizational effectiveness projects and work streams (e.g. nursing engagement plan) utilizing Center of Excellence (COE) methodologies, processes and tools and adapting to market/function needs and environments. Design future state organizational structures, change management initiatives, impact assessments, employee engagement plans and culture assessments and work with the Organizational Effectiveness leadership and Human Resources Strategic Partners (HRSP) to understand specific market and function needs for successful deployment. Conduct assessments, share results, and identify areas for improvement for organization effectiveness. Support and deploy initiatives to measure the health of Sanford culture. Implement initiatives that proactively drive workforce engagement to align with employment brand. Apply an evidence-based approach, methodology and resources to determine appropriate employee intervention activities. Implement actionable and targeted plans to enable effective transitions and mitigate resistance. Develop tools, processes and approaches to incorporate culture, mission and vision commitment throughout operational initiatives. Collaborate with other COEs, HRSPs, and other enterprise-wide leadership to ensure the implementation of culture initiatives, track milestones, perform analysis of survey results, identify best practices, and develop and implement tools and programs to support employee engagement. Manage programs that regularly access culture and engagement. Knowledge of change management, organization design, or employee engagement rends and industry leading practices. Ability to recognize change impacts and develop appropriate interventions. Ability to identify customer needs and advise accordingly. Ability to customize solutions based on data and strategy. Ability to work as a team member and collaborate effectively with other members. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. DEPARTMENT DETAILS

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline. Three to fve (3-5) years experience in change management,organizaton design, employee engagement, or related feld. Experience in Healthcare and/or Insurance industry preferred. MastersDegree in Business Administraton, Human Resources, Organizaton Development, Industrial/Organizatonal Psychology or related feldpreferred. Deep change management, organizaton design, or employee engagement expertse. Experience in delivering changemanagement, organizaton design, or employee engagement programs. Experience in survey methodology and creatng assessments.Experience in deploying organizatonal wide survey process.
