Dietary Cook/Aide- Weekend/evening Shift

Job Description/Dietary Cook
Assists in review of menus, purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory of food and supplies. Cooks and assists with the preparation of meals as required in accordance with current application of federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations with all established policies and procedures. Assures that quality food service is provided at all times.

Qualifications
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language while performing work duties.

Job Description/Dietary Aide

Assist with preparation assembly and distribution of resident meals and supplements while maintaining a sanitary environment and following approved departmental procedures. Assist with food preparation, assembly, and distribution and clean up.
