Job Details
The Digital Services Specialist provides problem resolution to customers who encounter complex technical issues with a variety of digital services products: online banking, mobile banking, text banking or the VRU. This position actively resolves customer inquiries related to all cash management services. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require hands-on help at the desktop level.
An associate's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or related technical field or equivalent combination of knowledge and skills gained through work experience and college course work is required. A minimum of 1-2 years providing computer or mobile support or training with an emphasis on communicating technical information, preferably as a help desk technician is preferred. Candidates must have the ability to occasionally work additional hours to meet coverage needs for digital services specialists, or meet project deadlines and travel independently throughout the company and to customer locations as needed. Must be available to work 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (Monday - Friday).
