JOB SUMMARY

Direct contact and is the primary contact on assigned cases responsible for the delivery, coordination, and documentation of specific psychiatric rehabilitative services as assigned to individuals with mental illness. Assist in supervision and coordination of treatment delivery of program services including planning, developing and implementing a variety of educational, skill building and recreational groups and activities. Responsible for providing program guidance and clinical supervision to ensure program requirements are being met per regulations. Involvement in the development, modification, and implementation of patient's treatment and the service components provided by the program.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a valid class D driver's license & insurance. Must maintain a good driving record. Relevant experience in providing mental health services; good written and verbal communication skills; organizational skills; and the ability to work independently in an effective and efficient manner. Must meet the requirements for a MN Mental Health Practitioner ( https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/245.462 ).
