The Echo Press is a twice weekly newspaper that provides Douglas County with an award winning community newspaper and exciting specialty magazines.  The dedicated sales team of the Echo Press provides our advertisers with top notch multi-media advertising options.  We are in a search of a Customer Care Associate to join the team, which will be responsible for:

• Assist advertising representatives.
• Create and organize sales materials.
• Provide reports to advertising staff.
• Sales of special sections.
• Work with advertising customers and ensure every client detail is handled properly.

Qualifications include:

• Exceptional customer service, written and verbal skills.
• Enjoy working in team environment & assisting others.
• Sales experience preferred with a focus on attaining goals.
• Excellent computer skills and with ability to learn specialized software.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is insurable by the company and carry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company.
