BA degree in Fire Science or closely rel field or HS Diploma/ GED & 8 years professional firefighting experience which included fire prevention, awareness programs & fire investigations.
Each year of college level coursework leading to deg in fire science, law enforcement, engineering, or architectural tech may substitute for up to 2 yrs of required work experience.
