Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Eventide Corporate

Eventide Senior Living Communities is a nonprofit post-acute and older adult services organization, seeking a dynamic and experienced finance executive to serve as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Eventide provides a continuum of aging services across six campuses in Minnesota and North Dakota and employs nearly 1,500 people and serves nearly 1,200 each day. Eventide has an annual revenue of over $80 million and aspires to be the premier care partner in the region. Headquartered in Moorhead, Minnesota, Eventide is the 10 th largest employer in the Fargo/Moorhead/West Fargo metro area - a vibrant, growing community to live and thrive.

The CFO is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all activities related to accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, debt management, cash management, regulatory compliance and external auditing to ensure the maximization and protection of Eventide's assets.

 The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 10 years of progressive senior management / executive finance experience is required. CFO experience in a long term health care setting with Minnesota and North Dakota reimbursement experience (cost reports, rate setting) is highly preferred.
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field is preferred.
• Must have experience leading forecasting and corporate accounting functions, developing financial reporting and analytical processes and systems, and leading process improvement initiatives.
• Must be flexible, creative, self-motivated, diplomatic, and a team player with the ability to build consensus and work well with all personality types. The CFO is a strategic partner and excellent communicator with strong operations, negotiating and facilitation skills who can effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address complex issues that affect Eventide.
