The primary purpose of the RN Case Manager is to provide direct care to the residents when necessary, and to monitor the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants. The performance of these duties must be in accordance with the current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility and as may be required and communicated by the Director of Nursing or Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Our benefits package for full time staff (30 hours/week minimum) includes (not an all-inclusive list) a 100% employer paid health insurance + $150.00 monthly HSA contribution as well as a 5% of gross pension contribution for the FT employee - WOWW!!!
