Learning Coordinator - Webcasts

Job you will do
A typical day as a Learning Coordinator with Eide Bailly might include the following:

• Creating training event correspondence; including participant notifications, agendas, and manuals
• Preparing, printing, and binding training manuals, nametags, and various required elements for a training event
• Schedule and communicate webcast appointments
• Editing a presentation for a webcast training environment
• Educate facilitators on the features and functionality of webcasting application
• Moderate webcasts throughout broadcast, interjecting with participant questions, troubleshooting participant connection issues, making necessary announcements
• Monitoring various processes and maintaining effective and timely communication with stakeholders
• Supporting the Learning Management System through data entry & maintenance
• Providing back-up support to the Training & Development Coordinator

 

Who You Are

• You have excellent communication skills; written & verbal, and are able to work cross-functionally with staff at all levels
• You pride yourself on the high level of customer service you offer
• You are highly organized and have a strong appreciation for details
• You are an exceptional multi-tasker; you enjoy working on multiple projects and always meet deadlines
• You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing priorities
• You're proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and using various software packages
• In addition to all of this, you have an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience required

Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
