After Hours RN

Position Summary

The After Hours Care Management RN provides care management services to patients of HRRV during non-business hours. We offer a flexible schedule with 7 days on, 7 days off. The position is based from home or office.  In this position you will be responsible for triaging phone calls and providing skilled nursing interventions and supportive care in the patient’s place of residence. HRRV provides reimbursement for mileage and cell phone. Use of company vehicle may apply. The After Hours RN collaborates with medical staff for symptom management and implementation of the plan of care. The position provides autonomy and opportunity to interact with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team with support from the after-hours team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of RN degree
• Minimum of 1 year relevant nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve independently

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required

• Current RN licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota (or ability to obtain)
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance
