JOB SUMMARY

Facilitate new hire orientation as well as departmental orientation, employee competency training, annual regulatory training, and maintain required documentation of staff in assigned areas. Will be responsible for departmental quality assurance and process improvement. Provide remedial training as needed to improve quality results and ensure quality standards are being met. Oversee departmental quality program, target improvement strategies, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction data. Provide performance input on all departmental staff annually. Assist with service recovery efforts in the event patient service expectations are not met.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Up to one year of formal training or education beyond the high school level and/or a minimum two years of experience working in a healthcare environmental services role required.
