Join the Northern Tool + Equipment Co. Contact Center Team at our Pequot Lakes Customer Contact Center as a Customer Service Representative. At Northern Tool, we strive to offer an Outstanding Northern Experience for our customers and our employees. As a growing, nationally recognized catalog and website retailer, we are seeking talented candidates who will provide outstanding service to our customers via phone, email and live chat. Typical customer inquiries are order status, shipping/delivery concerns, warranty and general product information.

Minimum Requirements:What we are looking for in a candidate:
At least 1 year of experience working with customers
Customer-first attitude
Self-motivated, independent decision making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills that convey a friendly and helpful tone
Professional, positive and friendly demeanor, demonstrating empathy and patience
A genuine commitment to providing an Outstanding Northern Experience (ONE)
Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
Efficient in general PC skills
A few other things to know:
Contact Center hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7am-6pm. We are looking for folks who are flexible to work varied 8 hour shifts during those hours.
Saturday hours of operation are 7:00am-3:00pm. Work every 3rd Saturday and have a day off during the week.
You will be provided with an extensive 2-week training program.
