Capital Credit Union (CCU), with approximately $500 million in assets, seeks a Chief Executive Officer.
CCU, headquartered in Bismarck, N.D., is a strong, well-capitalized organization with branches located throughout the state. CCU prioritizes members' consumer needs as well as growing a strong commercial lending portfolio. The CEO position requires active participation in the community that promotes CCU's visibility and continued growth.
A bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field from an accredited college or university is required. The new CEO must have the ability to work collaboratively with the Board of Directors in defining CCU's strategic direction and must be an experienced executive who can provide outstanding leadership and direction, while overseeing the safety and soundness of the Credit Union's financial structure.
The successful candidate will be an individual with a proven track record of excellence, a high degree of integrity and a thorough understanding of commercial, mortgage and consumer lending. A minimum of three years' experience as a President/CEO or five years' responsible experience in a financial institution of equal or greater size is desired.
