Wood City Riders Snowmobile Club, a 501c3 non-profit organization based in Cloquet Minnesota has an opening for an Assistant Gambling Manager position.
Job Purpose:
* Assist in the management of the Wood City Riders Charitable Gambling Operations. Perform audits and other tasks as required by MN Gambling Control and Gambling Manager.
Abbreviated Duties and Responsibilities:
* Visit booths/machines under employee's responsibility
o Pickup games for audits
o Assist in checking and monitoring of games in play
* Prepare/Assist in preparation of final audits of closed games
o Review receipts for completeness and accuracy
o Record audited games
o Pack games for storage
* Conduct or assist in conducting in monthly inventory
* Catalog games for storage
* Storage Facility
o Removal and shredding of old records and tickets
o Packing and delivery of games to storage site
o Pulling games for annual audit
* Assist with the stocking of supplies
Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include:
* Working knowledge of charitable gambling operations
* Experience with accounting practices, clerical work
* Strong administration and organizational skills
* Computer skills including Excel, Word, Email, internet
* Experience as a pull tab sales person
