Buffet Steward

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains cleanliness in the dish room and kitchen areas by washing dishes, floors, etc. To provide a safe atmosphere and to ensure sanitation standards are being met for the restaurant and our guest.

Maintains and organizes area for daily operations by filling dish machine, and ordering proper chemicals.

• Washes dishes, utensils etc. and organizes them in proper areas.
• Washes floors in the kitchen, cooler, cleans grease traps and server areas.
• Ensures sanitation standards are met at all times.
• Maintains a safe environment for internal and external guest.
• Cleans hallways, storage areas.
• Removes garbage throughout the shift
• Reports any malfunctions of improperly operating equipment to Supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Less than high school diploma, or one month experience.
